This week over at Practical Scrappers, we are using our decorative scissors on projects. I created this lollipop card using a scalloped circle scissors...I cut out a 3" circle and then spiral cut it and inked the edges in sweet pink! The stick is a piece of scrap paper rolled up (used the white backside) and a sheer ribbon completes this yummy pop! What have you done with your decorative scissor lately???
